The unified Technology Support System provides a single means to get support for technology in any area. Known Issues
  • 05/07/2008: Systems and Networks Unavailable During Power Outage (Saturday, May 10 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. EDT)
    Campus Community,

    As a result of the planned power outage scheduled for this Saturday, May 10, the following systems and network locations will not be available:

    Systems:
    - Banner
    - PAWS
    - Panther Pass

    Network:
    All areas without power
    Residence Halls
    All wireless except portions of the library
    Applied Research Lab Network
    Airport Network
  • 05/02/2008: Mailhost Mailbox Migrations
    Campus Community,

    From May 4th to May 11th between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, we will be migrating Mailhost mailboxes. This will only affect single mailboxes and your mailbox will be inaccessible up to 30 minutes.
  • 04/30/2008: Summer operating hours for the Technology Support Center

    Our summer operating hours - from May 4th through August 16th 2008 - will be:

    Sunday, 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am. – 9:00 p.m.
    Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    Saturday, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

    All times listed are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
