Event Support:
The Instructional Technologies program provides support for special events occurring on campus. This support may include setup of multimedia equipment and onsite technical staff for the duration of the event.
Multimedia equipment provided for special events may include:
LCD projectors (for computer or TV-quality video)
Laptops or presentation stations
Document cameras
Sound systems (including speakers and microphones)
In addition, live Internet (Windows Media) broadcasts may be setup for campus events to allow wider community participation.
